Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital resources Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other specialists Commitment to fostering student engagement and progress
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to support student outcomes Consult and collaborate with educators and caregivers to maximize students' communication skills in the classroom Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning process Stay up to date with best practices and ongoing professional development This is your chance to make a measurable difference for young learners while enjoying the structure and support of a contracted position.
