Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an engaging contract opportunity making a significant impact on students' communication skills in a supportive school environment near Livermore, CA. This role is designed for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are eager to work with children and collaborate closely with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Provide dynamic therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals Carefully monitor, document, and report on student progress Communicate and coordinate care with teachers, specialists, and other members of the educational team Involve and educate families to foster a collaborative approach to therapy Desired qualifications and experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and within a collaborative team setting You'll enjoy access to a dedicated support system, including advisory professionals who are experienced SLPs, as well as opportunities for ongoing professional development.
