Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year! This full-time position serves a diverse K-12 student community, supporting communication needs across a district setting. If you are passionate about helping students find their voice and reach academic success, your skills will make a meaningful difference here. What we're seeking: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred Skilled in evaluation, intervention, and IEP goal development for students with varied communication needs Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, families, and support staff Key responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students across the K-12 spectrum Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and keep accurate documentation Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers on communication strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to student teams Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive learning environment This is an exciting chance to work within a dynamic educational team while advancing your professional skills in school-based therapy.
