October 5, 2026 What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students. Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals . Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other professionals. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' educational planning. Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students. Help children develop the communication skills they need to succeed in school and everyday life. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current California licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. CCC-SLP preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication development. School-based experience preferred. Experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and school staff. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy services.
