Job description Triumph is looking for skilled full time Maintenance Technician to work at The Saddleback Ranch Apartments in Mission Viejo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete assigned work requests for services daily and within established time frame. . Strong Plumbing Experience Slab Leaks Unit Turnover. Preventative maintenance at the property. Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members. A working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. A team-player, professional, courteous and has a "can do" attitude. Experience in working in an apartment community is required. Work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others. This position requires the ability to be on-call. Must work Tuesday through Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to take direction from management and complete tasks on time and in an efficient manner. Must be customer service oriented. Strong Experience in plumbing. Experience in electrical. Carpentry skills. Experience in painting. Ability to read, write and speak English as plus. Ability to communicate professionally. Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Valid car insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
