We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about patient-centered care and helping individuals improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license Minimum of one year of professional experience preferred Home health experience preferred, but not required Current CPR/BLS certification Current TB clearance and physical, as required Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary care team What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing assessments in patients' homes Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and physician-approved plan of care Provide skilled speech therapy services and monitor patient progress Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals, strategies, and home exercises Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using a company-provided iPad Communicate changes in patient condition and treatment needs to the appropriate members of the care team Why Join InHome?
