This leave replacement position is structured to start January 4th and continue through the end of March, with the potential to extend further. Working on a single campus, you'll build meaningful relationships with students and staff, supporting a caseload of approximately 55 childrena combination of speech-only and those receiving resource services.

Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP license with CCC credentials required Prior experience working as an SLP in K-12 public school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills Effective communication abilities with students, families, and educational teams Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services and case management for students with speech and language needs Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Author clear, comprehensive documentation, including progress reports and IEP-related paperwork Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills Attend and participate in required meetings and parent conferences as needed This position offers a reliable weekday schedule (7:30 am3:00 pm), providing balance and stability in your professional life.
