Qualifications:

Active

ASHA CCC-SLP

certification required California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech-language needs Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for elementary-aged students Maintain all necessary documentation and track progress toward IEP goals Consult with teachers and staff to enhance generalization of skills within the classroom setting Engage with families, providing education and updates on student progress Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team This contract role offers the unique opportunity to work across 1-2 school sites, giving you a dynamic and varied workday while maintaining a manageable caseload.
