Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid licensure as an SLP - CCC or eligibility for

SLP - CFY

Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical experience will be considered Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of IEP processes and school documentation Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development Provide consultative services and resources to school staff as needed As a valued member of this educational community, you'll experience the satisfaction of supporting student achievement every day.
