Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity supporting students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact in schools, offering a blend of direct therapy, assessment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary educational team. In this dynamic setting, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with diverse speech and language challenges Develop and implement customized intervention plans based on evaluation results Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting individualized speech and language objectives Meticulously track and document students' progress, adapting plans as needed Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and contribute to holistic student development Empower families by providing guidance and resources throughout the therapy process Key qualifications include: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in California CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply Previous experience with pediatric or school populations highly desirable Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive both independently and in team-centered environments Commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence As part of this opportunity, you'll be supported by an experienced advisory team including licensed SLPs.
