Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing exceptional speech-language services within an engaging educational environment. This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about fostering communication skills among children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth assessments of students with diverse speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Lead dynamic therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support speech and language development Maintain thorough and organized documentation of student progress and outcomes Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and other allied professionals to ensure comprehensive care Partner with families, offering resources, support, and education throughout the therapy process
Requirements and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also encouraged to apply Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team You'll be supported by a knowledgeable advisory group experienced in speech-language services within your state, ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to excel in your role and continue your professional development.
