Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, articulation, language, and communication skills Deliver engaging therapy sessions Track, monitor, and document student progress with precision Collaborate with teachers, parents, and a diverse support team for coordinated care Educate families to support carryover of therapeutic strategies

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills Ability to function both independently and as part of a collaborative team
