Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and related documentation Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy tailored to diverse student needs Collaborate with general and special education teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Monitor, assess, and document student growth; maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture Provide professional input and resources to colleagues and families
