This position welcomes experienced SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eager to contribute their expertise. While on-site presence is preferred and highly valued, virtual practitioners who reside in California will also be considered for this role. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills—largely based at a single location for greater continuity and ease. Pay for on-site work falls between $65-$80 per hour, reflecting the value of your contribution. To excel in this contract opportunity, you'll bring: Active California Speech-Language Pathology license SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials Previous experience working with school-aged children—K-8 experience is a plus Familiarity with IEP processes and student evaluation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfort or interest in virtual service delivery (Candidates must live in CA) You will be responsible for: Providing direct and indirect speech/language services for a K-8 caseload Conducting assessments and contributing to multidisciplinary teams Developing and implementing student-centered IEP goals Documenting progress and maintaining required records Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to foster growth This position will allow you to build meaningful relationships while developing your professional skills in a flexible contract setting.
