Key Qualifications:

Active California SLP license required CCC-SLP or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged Previous experience in pediatric and school-based settings valued Comprehensive understanding of speech/language development and evidence-based intervention Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to PreK-5th grade students Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans addressing various communication challenges Serve a caseload of approximately 55 students across multiple grade levels and schools Complete assessments, document progress, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
