P.L.A.Y Speech & Language Center is a therapist-owned, child-led, relationship-based clinic located in the San Fernando Valley. By partnering with Regional Center, our support extends to the Antelope Valley as well. This position is open to therapists in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill).

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist:

Part-time/full-time position (hourly rate) : $60-70/hr (depending on experience) ✔ Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) preferred but not required ✔ In-Home Early Intervention (0-3 years old) ONLY position (Antelope Valley only) ✔ Flexible daily caseload ✔ Create your own schedule ✔ Supportive team — collaboration is part of the culture This role is ideal for someone who: Is a licensed SLP Has a strong clinical foundation—and a desire to keep growing Feels comfortable being playful, animated, and engaging in child-led sessions Communicates clearly and compassionately with families Enjoys collaboration and values being part of a team Takes initiative, while also appreciating guidance and mentorship
