Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome. Previous experience in a school setting and with a high school student caseload strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs. Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required. Educate and provide resources to families and teachers on effective communication strategies.
