Key Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience working with school-aged or pediatric populations is highly desirable Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Administer engaging therapy sessions to support progress in both speech and language domains Carefully monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate regularly with educators, staff, and related service professionals to optimize care Partner with families, providing education and resources to encourage carryover beyond school Professional growth and support are at the forefront, including access to a dedicated advisory team of SLPs with local expertise.
