Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Interest in or experience with school-aged populations Organized, reliable, and motivated to impact student learning

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams Deliver engaging therapy sessions in group and individual formats Track and document student progress, preparing reports as required Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student communication development Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide training or workshops as needed
