What You'll Bring:

Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Strong understanding of school-based therapy models and IEP process Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse student populations Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Collaborative spirit and commitment to partnering with educators and families

Responsibilities Include:

Providing comprehensive speech and language services for students in individual and group settings Conducting assessments to determine students' needs and tracking progress towards goals Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to tailor interventions and support Developing and maintaining accurate records, including IEP documentation and progress notes Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development Advocating for student access to supportive resources and inclusive learning environments
