Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a wide range of communication disorders Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement IEPs/goals tailored to individual student needs Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, during school hours Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with school and legal standards Provide support and guidance to school staff regarding communication and language needs in the classroom
