Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide essential services in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, on-site position focuses on supporting preschool and elementary students during the 24/25 school year.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool and elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of communication strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with preschool and elementary age children Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff Ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within a supportive school community.
