Come join our Speech team at Total Education Solutions! We're looking for an SLP who enjoys variety, collaboration, and sharing their clinical knowledge with others. This position will begin part-time at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours as our Speech department continues to grow. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and populations—from developing treatment plans for early intervention clients and supporting school-based IEPs to working with clinic-based clients. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor SLPAs, student interns, and Clinical Fellows while helping build caseloads and support the continued growth of our Speech team. Speech Language Pathologist | SLP $49 - $57.61/hr• Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Conduct a variety of speech and language assessments across early intervention, school-based, and clinic/insurance-based settings. Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with families, school teams, and other professionals to support student needs. Supervise and mentor SLPAs, Clinical Fellows, and student interns as needed. Develop treatment plans and provide clinical guidance to support effective, individualized speech and language services. Build and establish a small caseload, with the opportunity to transition clients to a supervised SLPA as the caseload grows. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Minimum Requirements:
Licensed in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA CCCs Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Strong collaboration and documentation skills Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage) Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ A clear TB test
