Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an exciting opportunity supporting elementary students as a speech-language pathologist for the upcoming school year! This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference working onsite with a vibrant TK-5 community. Collaborate with educators, families, and students to deliver a full spectrum of speech services in a supportive school environment.
What We're Looking For:
Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Comfortable handling all aspects of speech-language pathology: direct services, developing and implementing IEPs, conducting assessments and evaluations Flexibility and adaptability to manage a diverse elementary caseload (TK-5th grade) Excellent communication and organizational skills CTC credential is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students onsite Assess student needs and develop goals tailored to individual strengths and challenges Prepare and participate in IEP meetings, collaborate on intervention strategies, and monitor student progress Complete comprehensive assessments, documentation, and timely progress reports Work closely with teachers, families, and school teams to ensure integrated support for students Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment What's in it for
