Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid certification: CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct assessments, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals Provide guidance and progress reports for students, families, and educational teams Support diverse student populations and adapt strategies for unique needs
