Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic pediatric early intervention team. In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders across various patient populations. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by developing personalized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities:

Agency Role:

Provides speech and language assessments, develops individualized communication goals, and recommends services for children with speech and language delays.

Reports To:

Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid California SLP license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred). Experience in early intervention preferred. DOJ clearance and background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments to determine delays. Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals. Provide direct therapy services in natural environments (home/community settings). Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members. Educate caregivers on speech and language development strategies. Document progress and submit reports to the Service Coordinator and program director Join us in transforming lives through innovative speech-language therapy! Pay:

$60.00 - $95.00 per hour
