Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. Provide bedside therapy and support for recovery, including patient and family education. Document patient progress clearly in the medical record and update care plans as needed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning and patient outcomes. Maintain adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practice. Requirements Active California licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Ability to work effectively in an acute care hospital setting. Proficient in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/05/2026. Willingness to work a 40-hour, 5x8 schedule in a hospital environment.
