School Speech Language Pathologist - San Mateo, CA Soliant - 3.9 San Mateo, CA Job Details Full-time $47.53 - $67.53 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in San Mateo, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students with speech and language needs across a school-based setting.

30-minute unpaid lunch break
Contract Dates:
August 12, 2026 - June 10, 2027
Caseload:
Up to 55 students Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete IEP updates and maintain compliance with special education requirements Monitor student progress and prepare progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team meetings as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to CFY Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
