2026-2027 ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Santa Ana, California. This opportunity is available as a leave coverage assignment and offers the chance to work with students in a supportive school environment while making a meaningful impact on their communication and academic success. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while providing high-quality speech and language services to students. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Bilingual Spanish skills preferred Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
