Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Spanish language proficiency is highly valued

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students ranging in age and abilities Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and support staff Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both individually and in groups Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities Serve as a collaborative resource, supporting teachers and families in promoting student success As a valued SLP, you'll experience an engaging assignment that allows for meaningful connections with both students and school staff in a supportive atmosphere.
