•Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• to join our rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Rosa, CA. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide evidence-based therapy, including dysphagia management and communication therapy. Optional credentialed evaluations like MBS or FEES. Complete accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and track progress for Medicare guidelines. Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, California licensure, and preferred CCC-SLP credentials. Experience in SNF or post-acute care is a plus. Salary ranges from $50-$70/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, flexible schedule, and more. This is a full-time, in-person position with 35-40 hours per week.
