In this role, you'll utilize your skills to support students' communication development and be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and family engagement.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students. Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual goals. Lead therapy sessions focused on improving speech, language, and communication skills. Track, monitor, and maintain precise documentation of student progress. Collaborate closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team for coordinated student care. Involve and educate families to enhance the therapeutic process and student success.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Must meet all state board requirements for licensure.
