This is a rewarding opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a meaningful difference during the most important years of early development. What You'll Do Provide individualized speech, language, and communication services to children ages 0-3. Complete developmental assessments and develop appropriate treatment goals. Provide evidence-based intervention based on each child's individual needs. Coach and support parents and caregivers in strategies they can use during everyday routines and activities. Collaborate with families and other early intervention professionals to support each child's development. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, evaluations, and other required records. Participate in IFSP development and team meetings as appropriate. Provide services in natural environments such as the child's home, childcare setting, or community environment. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. A family-centered, collaborative approach to therapy.
