Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification for work in schools (such as CCC-SLP or state certification) Experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school student populations Skilled in both assessment and intervention for diverse communication needs Strong organizational, documentation, and communication abilities Able to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in conjunction with school staff
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and deliver treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and modify interventions as necessary Provide consultation and resources for parents and teachers to encourage skill development in various settings In this contract role, you'll enjoy the flexibility needed to manage a healthy work-life balance while advancing your professional skills.
