Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist, working full time with a dedicated preschool caseload. This opportunity is located near Thermal, CA, and offers the chance to make a lasting impact on young learners' communication skills at a pivotal stage in their development. You'll collaborate with educators and families, supporting students through individualized speech and language interventions while enjoying stability and professional growth. Candidates with ASHA Certification, a current California SLP License, and the Certificated of Clinical Competence (CCC) will ensure compliance with the highest professional standards. Experience with the SEIS platform is preferred, as it will support efficient documentation and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
Valid ASHA Certification and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Active California Speech Language Pathologist License Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting Knowledge or experience with SEIS documentation system preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students in both individual and group settings Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation according to school guidelines Collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing goal development Experience a supportive work environment where your expertise is valued.
