Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific student needs Facilitate engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve their communication goals Diligently monitor and document each student's progress Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and holistic care Involve and educate families, fostering participation in students' therapy journeys

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative team environment Candidates must have an active state-approved license in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master's degree (or higher) in the field.
