Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current California SLP license or eligibility Either Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a school setting Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students across three schools Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations Collaborate regularly with teachers and school staff to support student learning in the classroom Provide guidance and resources to families to reinforce progress at home Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate Embrace the opportunity to enrich the lives of students while expanding your professional experience in a supportive school environment.
