Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year and beyond. This full-time, contract opportunity begins ASAP and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere and collaborative culture, working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., totaling 35 hours per week. Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $65 an hour, based on your skills and experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement student-focused plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and services delivered Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the school's multidisciplinary team Engage families in the therapeutic process and offer education and resources as needed This is an excellent chance to work alongside dedicated professionals and help shape the learning journey of students in need of speech and language support.
