Qualifications/Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred School-based SLP experience strongly valued Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and create individualized therapy plans Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student success Maintain documentation and data in compliance with school and state guidelines Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
