Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school district in Vista, CA is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. These contract positions serve students from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade, providing essential speech and language support within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students from PreK through 8th grade Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Qualifications:
Valid California SLP license or certification suitable for a school setting Experience working with PreK-8th grade students preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children Ability to adapt treatment approaches to various age groups Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location:
Vista, California - work directly within local schools for the contracted school year. This role provides an opportunity to impact children's educational experiences by addressing their speech and language needs in a supportive environment.
