Schedule:

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a very small skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Willows, California. This permanent, full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, no weekend rotation, and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a smaller, more personal clinical environment. With a manageable facility size and a close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, collaborate closely with other disciplines, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes. Competitive compensation of $45-$58/hour Permanent, full-time opportunity Consistent Monday-Friday schedule 40 hours per week No weekend rotation Very small SNF with a more personalized work environment Supportive, collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to develop strong relationships with residents and staff New graduates are encouraged to apply Stable setting where your clinical expertise can make a meaningful difference Responsibilities Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide skilled speech-language therapy and monitor patient progress Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge recommendations accurately Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations Participate in care planning and communicate changes in patient status Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with professional standards and facility policies Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current California SLP license or eligibility for California licensure ASHA certification or eligibility preferred Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
