Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new grads completing CFY welcome Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued Strong collaboration and communication skills Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Provide direct therapy to students, adapting interventions to individual needs Develop, document, and monitor progress on IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Offer guidance and inservices to school staff for effective classroom strategies Maintain accurate and timely records according to school and regulatory requirements
