High School Caseload Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Starting September 2026 for the entire school year About the Role Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. You'll support high school students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic success while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a high school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
