Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates with CFY status are welcome Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to culturally competent, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessments, screenings, and direct therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to student care plans Empower students to improve articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills Engage in ongoing professional development and training This contract opportunity promises meaningful engagement, professional growth, and a supportive network.
