Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a vibrant educational setting, supporting students from PreK through 12th grade with a proactive, collaborative approach. This contract opportunity is exclusively onsite and spans the full academic year, allowing you to make a lasting impact within a supportive school community.
Key Qualifications:
Active SLP license for the state Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); supervision available for CFY placements Experience or strong interest in working in a school setting and supporting diverse student populations Solid understanding of assessments, IEP processes, and implementation of both direct and indirect therapeutic services Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across all grade levels (PreK-12) Develop, implement, and monitor student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted speech-language services to students, tailoring interventions to individual needs Provide both direct and consultative support to teachers and staff Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to data collection and progress monitoring Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state requirements Mentor and support CFY candidates as applicable This position is ideal for professionals eager to grow their skills while positively influencing students' communication abilities within a dedicated team.
