Two contract positions are currently available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), including an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Qualifications:
Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License with Speech Pathologist Endorsement (or Speech Pathologist Assistant endorsement for one of the positions) Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong collaboration and organizational skills Competence in adapting services to a variety of school environments and caseloads Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services as an onsite provider, working with caseloads ranging from 20-45 students Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Travel between multiple assigned school sites as caseload coverage needs evolve Provide direct and consultative therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade (depending on assignment) Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with district and state requirements These opportunities include a part-time role (2.5 days per week from now through late May 2027), where you'll support shifting caseloads across district sites, and a full-time position beginning January 2027, where you may serve a single campus or transition between two sites as needed. Both positions are dedicated to in-person services, providing genuine interaction and hands-on support to the students who need it most.
