What you'll need to succeed: Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Demonstrated experience working with at-risk youth Comfort collaborating with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities Solid foundation in conducting evaluations and assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt services in both onsite and virtual environments Innovative, solution-focused mindset Daily responsibilities will include: Delivering comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students Conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs) Contributing expertise in team meetings and supporting student advocacy Maintaining accurate progress records and compliance documentation Providing both direct services and consultative support as needed Enjoy the flexibility of a full-time schedule and the possibility to work virtually if necessary.
