Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure and/or eligibility for SLP credentials. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY). Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatrics, with a passion for working with children of varying needs. Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy goals.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for school-aged children. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and monitor individualized education plans. Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups. Maintain timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and service logs. Offer professional insight and training to school staff as needed. Stay current with best practices and new developments in pediatric speech-language pathology.
