Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license required Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Active Educator Certificate Previous experience in school settings preferred, especially with early childhood populations Strong collaboration and communication skills Competency and willingness to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Availability for full in-person caseload; hybrid model considered if able to meet supervision requirements (minimum 3 days onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood students Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Effectively manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain meticulous documentation in line with school and state policies Engage families and educators to maximize student progress and support
