Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Ability to adapt services to students with various speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports based on district and legal requirements Provide consultation, training, and resources for educators and families Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to broader school initiatives
